Re: I may make my first portable - details inside
Typical NOAC, no Castlevania III(dark green screen), no Rad Racer II(no power, power light is VERY dim). The sound is just like all the other NOACs out there except for the jeweled FC Twin and RetroDuo: the sound pitch is reversed. I've had major issues with After Burner as well(unlicensed Tengen c...

Hi, I'm in the process of finishing my portable nes, however I have one problem. I need a nes, I have a toaster nes for testing the controls but I need a nes clone so that it will fit in the case and i would not want to destroy my only nes system. Which nes clone offers the best game compatibility? ...

Just one question, is that small board at the top just the nes portion? sorry for the bump, but I want to just want to be sure I know before I buy it, yoyu have been talking mostly about the snes portion. yeah, the board at the top with a cart slot on it is the nes portion. the large board is the s...

Re: Build a nes controller (long read)
Or maybe you should read Ben's book! You are using his forum and bandwidth so perhaps you could pick up his book and not ask questions that have already been answered by the god of mod  i found a way to make it work, I can successfully push the start button (the other buttons haven't been sol...

Build a nes controller (long read)
I'm really close to finishing my portable nes, the screen finally works, I found better solder so that the crap lead free stuff wont seal my projects in its concrete and I actually have a decent case for my NESP. The only problem however, is that I need to wire the CD4021 nes IC and all the wires to...

Re: Official LOB64 Interface Standard
I say make it however you want to make it - this is only an idea that we've been kicking around because it's interesting. I'm sure when I get around to implementing it I'll probably make some modifications of my own. I have a spare project enclosure and a couple of NICs, I'll try to make the 4 play...

Re: Official LOB64 Interface Standard
the whole thing sounds cool, but why a crossover cable? I'm confuzzled  . I'm thinking of doing something similiar for my nes portable now! I'm impressed. For a cool effect how about adding a 555 timer or a 2N3904 transistor to make the led flash when the ethernet cable is plugged into the por...

Re: A good place for noacs, but only one problem
lmao ps one (it's one of the ones that plays NES games) and I'm not sure if that genesis 3 is the real deal. I think it might be a new one made by some Chinese company. I knew that, they are all noacs, I know. But this is where the flea market guys get these things You can actually contact yobo dir...

A good place for noacs, but only one problem
Hey guys, I don't know if any of you have heard of this site, but they sell noacs, I'm not sure of the price, I'll have to email them about that, they even have model 3 sega genesis systems. The website is http://www.eittek.com/. The only drawback is the shipping cost from china.
