I'm bringing this to a halt becuase im in financial repayment to my dad, and it's really all about that damn chip. I need it in, or just use ...

Well, i have to tell you im very sorry to hear this. this happens to me frequently, i dont know why. I would have only have to spend about $700 on my PS2M total instead of about $1,000. Yeah that's expensive, but every mistake i make literaly costs me around $40. Well, i must say that blows hard. Go...

I find this question incredibly hilarious, and right of you to be curious. This is the 7th mobo, and IF i totaled EVERYTHING that went into this project, I would estimate easily about $1,000. INCREDIBLY INSANE, yet i would have given up on this if i had no way of a steady cash flow, a.k.a. EBAY. :o ...

Yeah, your right. I've done all i can to stay positive, and it will be worth it. I just thought i'd have it all done by now, which would have been if the laser problemo hadn't have popped up. Seriously, this thing will be done by my birthday, September 30th. Maybe that way i will have a luck day. :)

The only TRUE way to get rid of it is to mod your system, but if you don't want to do that, just do the switch that your talking about. On the version 1-6 consoles, there is a chip called the A3525BR. It's mostly in the top left of the mobo, solder the 4th pin in - to the right- ontop of the SONY ma...

L1, and L2 pins are, they will work?? I sort of cant get my PSTwo to work cuase my modchip install wasnt ...

I can tell you right now that rewiring the ps2 contoller is MUCH harder than it seems. You're probably thinking 'How hard can that be?' but simply wiring a button to the pin that supposedly operates a function doesn't simply work. maybe 2 or 3 buttons could do that, but not the L and R buttons. Just...

PS2 Dualshock 2 Button Re-Wiring

I'm having the biggest problem yet is rewiring my L and R buttons on the Dualshock 2. I got a controller with the ribbon connector so i could wire switches to the pins, but damn the pins are confusing me!! Also, if somone has some info about the pinouts and how to wire the switches properly that wou...

Wow, that struck me. OK, so what? He's better and he's got props. I have better things to do than waste my life on a FORUM. BTW, that was just a pic of the screen and console together. I admit the PS2M isnt anything out of this world, but it's damn good.
