I tried for like 6 months, and could never get it to work. I even forced my computer into 640*480 so the screen would be forced into it, and plugged the DC in, and it still didn't work.

I already answered on the last page. It's not possible. Theres no way I know of to make your screen support the resolution if it doesn't. The lowest mine supports is 800*600 and its about 2 years old. and the max output the Dreamcast can do if it's on VGA is like 740* something, but not all games do...

I think your sites back up now, I'm on it right now. Forums and main site seem to be working fine. And the VGA box "out of stock till january" thing is gone.
