Thanks, also I am taking apart a PC speaker for repair as its power prong was cut off and lost a while ago so I am trying to figure out what is "hot" and "neutral" I checked to see where it soldered into and one went into AC1 and other to AC2, I cant use a multimeter to actually see which one is hot...

Can anyone tell me the best way to solder 12/14 gauge wires? I am having a real hard time tinning them versus smaller wires...the solder just wont tin it properly, I even bought a fresh new iron tip but no cigar. I am wokring on my laptop and I was wondering for internal power supply where do I screw in the ground wire? Should I screw it into the metal frame of the mother board it self? or do I screw it into the acrylic case/

I took apart a portable keyboard today and found that the USB (normal) cable instead of having 4 wire pinouts, it had 5? WfF? I though USB 2.0 had only 4 pinouts, what is the 5th for?

Can you show me how I can do this with 2 leds?
