Re: Guess who just got an AWESOME deal...

Considering that the ones in completed listings on eBay went for $31 to $48, not such a good deal. :P

I got a Fakespace Boom 3C for $80.

Re: Problems with Modretro?

90% of the problems these past few days have been related to moving servers, we were not under any l33t haxx. At the same time, we have received several pitiful attempts at a DDoS attack, but the people hitting us do not seem to understand that it takes a lot to bring down a server, more than a few ...

Re: WTS: High end Virtual Reality HMD

I bought it from someone who obtained it at a hospital. I am not entirely sure of the circumstances of his acquisition. :P

I have owned it for about a year and a half now.

WTS: High end Virtual Reality HMD

I have one of the highest end HMDs in the hands of any consumer, the Virtual Research V8 head mounted display. Unfortunately, I have to sell it to obtain both space, and moniez. This is not cheap BS like those iPod Video glasses, this is the real deal! It was and still is used to train F-16 fighter ...

Re: FS/FT: Nook Color rooted

Awh darn, looks like that listing ended 10 days ago. They sold over 10,000 of them, according to their eBay page. They were listed at $250, but it got reduced to $200 at checkout. Here is the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&item=290535929095&nma=true&rt=nc&si=...

Re: FS/FT: Nook Color rooted

Any chance you would go lower? They go for $199 brand new on the official Barnes and Noble eBay page, I know a few people who have bought them there.

Re: Word out to modretro.

Happens to me, too. Not just here, on two other forums completely unrelated to MR or BH.

It happens every week or so, I don't even post a warning anymore, it happens too often. :P

Nobody came here to dump on Raizer, we were just having a discussion with him. You can't really judge this thread yourself, considering all of his posts have been deleted. :P No need to bump a thread like this, either, let sleeping dogs lie.

Re: New 160GB PS3 slim hardware

Then they deal with it. PS3 launched late, they know they are later in the cycle than everyone else. Why would they make a new system anytime soon? They would have to dump massive amounts of money into it. Sony does not make money on hardware, they make it on software. They just BARELY started makin...

Re: New 160GB PS3 slim hardware

Unlikely, considering Sony has said over and over, from launch and up till now, that the PS3 will have a lifespan of at least 10 years.

We have at least 4 or 5 years left.

Re: Benheck.com Game Reviews?

How about retro reviews from the man himself. BEN HECK!!! I think he is too busy. :P Besides, from what I know, he does not spend much time playing videogames anyways (Compared to us, at least), much less reviewing them. He does talk about some games in his podcast, though. Also, massive bump.

Re: Sony sucks. Its official.

I don't see why this is so bad. I mean, analog joysticks are no fun. But if Sony does make this, you can be sure they will also be making a real PSP2, probably based on the same hardware. If the iPod Touch and iPhone can co-exist, why not a PSP2 and PSPhone? I, for one, would be thrilled to have an ...
