Re: Broken PSP

If it doesn't read the disks then it would be the lazer, other than that the lazer could be dirty.

Re: How the GBA SP Frontlight works and some questions

Yeah a bright one would be good, but as for volts, most of them are 3v, as for the voltage for the LED use the points mentioned in this guide http://mikejmoffitt.com/wp/?p=70" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Hope it helps!

Re: Broken PSP

You should be able to get a replacement lazer from eBay.

Re: How the GBA SP Frontlight works and some questions

You could just buy a small white LED and put it in the other ones place, as for the resistor it depends on how much voltage the LED gets regularly, but if your unsure just use it anyway.

Re: Custom Gameboy.

I am not sure if there would be similar screen that would work, the only time I have seen someone use a different screen was when some one used an sp101 screen in an original gba here (http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=52954" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), anyway the TV...

Re: Custom Gameboy.

Gameboys are designed to work with the screen they have already so they cannot just be connected to any screen, also people around here use ps one screens because they have Video lines that allow anything with a video out to be connected to it, like you would connect it to your tv. So as far as conn...

Re: Custom Gameboy.

Sounds like a cool idea but you can't use the ds screen because it is different to the sp and would not work, you would have to use the SP's screen.

Re: Gamecube motherboard GND?

Find the power jack, find the negative pin and using a multimeter just test various points like the shield or were it touches the board. There will be various points for GND on the board.

Atari Lynx LED Mod

Has anyone done this mod, I am thinking of doing it, I think that 2-3 LEDs each side aimed at the reflector might do the trick, suggestions? 8)

Re: creating a xbox360 laptop

I don't know about what to do with your keyboard etc but I have helped fit a xbox360 inside a shell of an original Xbox and part of that involved the hard drive, the Xbox360s HDD is just a regular laptop HDD with a identifier code (so you can't just swap it) and a SATA connector that goes to a custo...

Re: Post your GBC/GBA SP mods/ideas

I was thinking about putting a GBA SP inside a GBC but I don't have time/gameboys, but if I ever get around to it I will make a guide, maybe.
