You'd be pretty damn crazy to try to cut an xbox mobo, there are at least a two layer board with a zillion contacts to reconnect. Since you can't change the size of the motherboard, you have to get a slim CPU cooler and lay down the capacitors to make the height (or depth) smaller PS: There are some...

Okay, I seem to have gotten rid of it using malwarebytes'

EDIT: It stopped redirecting me from google searches and stuff, but it still pops up tabs with random websites still :|

Thanks, my mom had a similar problem on her PC, but her virus was more malicious. Not necessarily destructive, just annoying! I'll try to wipe it with hitman pro, thanks for all the help!

Sure enough, it didn't redirect any of the links I clicked on in IE (currently using and posting in firefox). What exactly does this mean? Besides the obvious fact that it is a browser specific problem....
