Well it was the 7808 getting to hot. Weird because even when the screen shut off the 7808 was still ouputting the proper voltage. :? the first level of wily's place is so hard there is one part where lava pretty much covers the screen and the only way I could figure to get up was to use rush coil, but the timing is such a pain in the ass
