when you said you were not getting sound out of the tv, did you also have the video connected to the tv?

on the psone screen did you bridge the 3 headphone leads on the back of the mobo?

Well it was the 7808 getting to hot. Weird because even when the screen shut off the 7808 was still ouputting the proper voltage. :? Put a fan on it and the screen stayed on, so I added an aluminum heatsink from a Retro Duo and I spent today putting in the fan on the back where it will suck the hot...

Playstations don't need 3.3v, they need around 7.5.
