Re: Perl Compilation Problems

I need to compile a Perl program and was wondering if anybody had a Perl compiler that can be run on an older computer. Or, if they could compile the program for me. Pearl is a scripting language, you don't compile it. If you have the program you coded perl up in you run it in there, much in the wa...

Cartridge Connector

Alright, so I'm building an NES portable. I come to the part where I need a new cartridge connector, so I spend 3 hours soldering one with two card connectors and ribbon cable. I finally finish, and it's the moment of truth! I plug it into my nes, and into a cartridge, and... Nothing. Nada. Zip, zer...

If you lower the voltage on something, will it lower the amps aswell? I know that chargers for really old Toshiba laptops put out 2 amps, but it's 15 volts.

Would i am trying for efficiency here, my array would probably consist of around 30 leds to start off with. Red, green, and blue, see what i am getting at? I will need to have seperate con...

Ouch. I'm sorry that happened. :( I dont have anything for you. Although if you get really desperate, your can take the harddrive in and have the memory extracted, because I doubt that it formatted the harddrive. And even if it did, it doesnt actually wipe everything from the harddrive, it just labe...

Well, if you want to get REALLY complicated, you could download the ROM for that game, get a hex editor, change the data, and burn it to a ngb cart.

Re: Calling all 1337 HAXX0R5

Literally. I'm looking for a program/app/whatever to acquire my own password on another message board (most likely by the brute force method). I signed up a long time ago and no longer have (or even remember) the email address that I could use for password recovery. I'll admit that I know VERY litt...

I'm sorry.

Open your AUTOEXEC.BAT file in Notepad and add "WIN" to a new line at the end.

Computer Boot Hassle

Ok, so I recently had my problems with my computer. I finally fix it. But, when I start it up, it boots fine, but about halfway through booting, it stops and displays the command prompt. I have to type in "win" in order to get it to boot fully. After that, my computer works just fine. It didn't disp...
