If you've got no video or sound, it's f'd.. you might be able to solder the wires directly and see if you can get it to work .

The 1.9V has a few wrong pins, I think (from what I remember on wiring my last regulator :P) but it doesn't really matter, as the 1.9V connects with ground for some reason. I started soldering all of the 100s of wires to the board... Cutting, tinning and soldering 100s of wires is a female of the dog species.
