There's no short and I've cleaned the cartridge connectors already so I dont think it's that....
One thing I noticed is theres like 1.3 volts going from the nes's video out to the transistor but only like 1.1 volts coming from the video out of the transistor. Do I have a bad tramsistor?

I'm really hoping someone could help me out as I'm stumped on this. I've torn apart my NES, removed the rf box along with the expansion slot. Well I've got everything the nes fully wired but I'm concerned. I connected it to a tv and I get a flashing grey screen.

No love from the forum? Well... Got the NES broken apart and am mostly finished with reducing its size. Removed the RF box and the expansion port.
