I don't think the 7805 is bad as no voltage is being inputed to it. the board itself wont give it juice. The red light does come on so it may be toast like you said. I'm going to check the fuses to see if any are blown

I checked the 7805 on the board and discovered there is no voltage entering or leaving it. I'm guessing this is...

After consulting my dad who is a CNC machinist, I may be able to help you. First, stainless steel is incredibly hard as you probably know! I'm not sure why you have it for the siding of a portable. Aluminum would be just as strong for your purposes. But, anyway, He said that RMP is WAY to fast for t...

csurban's N64 Portable progress. Edited 9/3/06

Well... It took me 2 PSOne Screens, 2 N64's, 2 Project boxes, $150, and six months to make it where I am now. I basically finished the case, still need to make console switch and mill out the NES controller ports, and I am now waiting for my NOAC to come in the mail then I have to save some money fo...

You said that you want to combine 2 systems together. I wanted to do that once and designed a diagram showing the wiring needed but I scraped the idea because of the size of my box. So heres a basic diagram of the wiring if you want 2 systems.

I know exactly what you are talking about. After rewiring my cartridge slot, Super Mario 64 worked perfectly but Super Smash Bros. did not boot up at all. The problem is just shorted out connections. Older games such as mario 64 don't use all the pins on the cartridge connector but newer ones use mo...

well.... i have been doing some research and.... I still can't tell if it is good or bad. In the reviews, people quote different models like the 5" model and the 5.6" model when giving their opinion. And people either really really really like the screen or absolutally hate it. BUT, I still cant be ...
