why not just use the composite jacks provided on the Wii and connect it to the composite jacks on your TV? It's not like you can get a better signal by converting it

I'm thinking there could be a loose connection either in the gamepad or LCD. As for the black and white issue, the only two times I got a black and white output is when the region was wrong or I had to do a composite to S-Video mod where the chroma wire came loose so I lost the color signal. My advi...

Just for clarification, you are talking about inputting better quality video signals into a chip on a screen mobo. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn’t the PSOne screen accept RGB natively? :?

I heard the N64 controller is one, if not, THE hardest to wire to a computer. (somthin to do with how the data is transfered in the cable) I looked it up a while ago and only found one guy who could kinda get it to work using a hacked up printer cable.

i've already implemented what you are talking about by wiring 2 consoles, a screen, and an AV jack all together with the same video line. In mine, I had a switch so the 2 consoles could not be on at the same time sooo.... 1. console on, screen on, outputing to tv = a slightly dimmer picture on both ...

I’m guessing there is a reason the screen does not run off of 12v natively. imo, you could probably get it to work but the real question is if you really want it too? since the components receiving raw voltage are not rated and heatsinked for that voltage, they may be at risk of overheating or fai...

just an idea, couldent you isolate and take the decoding chips off each controller and then just wire each chips traces to corosponding buttons? there is no need for the whole board of each controller.

just wondering... did you factor in the size of the N64 mobo to your design? It can be cut down only a little and its size can foil any previous plans. also, make sure you think about not having an onboard controller. It may seem like a good idea now but turns out to be a pain later (just drawing on...
