schmellyfart seems to have a good answer but if it is all the same, I would rather not take apart the whole analog stick. @ gannon and jeroen, I'm not very electrically inclined and am not sure of the electrical components you were talking about  but it seems like you know what you are talking...

Resistor question. I think...

Is there any circuitry I can use that will just cut out current when a pot reaches a certain resistance level? In case your wondering, I'm talking in reference to making a NOAC take a modded gamecube analog stick as its D-Pad. As far as I can tell, when I hook up the stick to the NES's Controller Ch...

12.4v is a little too much voltage for the PSOne Screen. When running off said power supply, the screen distorts quite a bit. And how would I use a diode to lower voltage? Doesn’t a diode just restrict current in a specific direction?

Quick Resistor Question

I know resistors restrict current but I also know they can be used to reduce voltage a small bit as well. I have a power supply giving me 12.4ish volts and ample amperage powering a N64+modded PS1 Screen so... using 2ish amps I'm guessing. What ohm and watt size resistor could I use to reduce the vo...

If the PSOne screen's backlight comes on, that means it is receiving some sort of signal. try it with another cable.

WOAH! First of all, that would be impossible without tinkering with the chips on the screen's mobo itself. And just wondering, why in the world would you want to play two systems at once?

quick question on voltage input on a NOAC

I know the NES uses 5v input but I was wondering if a NOAC can take 4 unregulated 1.5v batteries as its input? 4 fully charged batteries would equal 6-7v, supposedly too much voltage, and fry the CPU. And what happens when the voltage goes just under 5v? Will 1.2v rechargeables work? Am I to assume ...

I already tried this with my portable a while back but decided that it was not worth it. The iPod's avaible resolution is NOT AT ALL flattering on a 5" screen :)

Yes, if you use a PSOne screen you will run into problems. The mobo of the screen extends quite a lot further then the screen itself therefore limiting the available space.

Confirmation of game count

Can anyone actually confirm that the Ultimate Classic Video Game Console 120 Games located here, http://www.powerplayerusa.com/index.htm, had 120 games different games? Is there a big difference in the two consoles? Will the 120 game set have 7000 repeats like the 70 game version?
