Re: Wireless N64 controller?

I'm relatively confused. This seems interesting to me. Does just using a RF transciever, then just throwing the data line through it work? Because I found this which is less expensive than an Xbee. http://cgi.ebay.com/2-x-Newest-2-4Ghz-nRF24L01-RF-Transceiver-Module-/300452959863?pt=LH_DefaultDomain...

Re: Toasty64

The 4 way tact? It's guaranteed to work as it's just like using normal tacts. As for the C button thats on there below A and B, that's an extra C up that's in button form so I can jump more easily in smash bros :P

This has been up on modretro for a while, so I figured I may as well post it here. Case so far: (just a mockup, everything is held in by tape so it's not all centered) http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs980.snc4/75349_1669583789500_1534503587_1582669_2568900_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn....

Re: SNES WIP - CODENAME: SPACE CADET

There are two revisions of the FC 16 Go. The main changes between the two are improved controls and such, and the second model has stereo sound whereas the first only has mono. This is the cheapest I've found them. http://www.dascheap.com/fc16-go-super-nintendo-portable-any-color.html" onclick="wind...

FS: Secret64 Kit!

I bought the case a while ago, then decided I didn't really want to make it. So here it is. WHAT'S INCLUDED: -Case -Screen (already installed into the case) -Screen cover (I didn't do the greatest job on it. It's just made of clear acrylic and stuck down with some double sided tape) -Rev 5 board (tr...

Re: Project GBOsnes NEW PICS 05/29/09!!!!!

FC 16 Go can be wired up to eliminate the daughter board (PCB with the controls and stuff) and accepts either 3.7v or 5v. 5v is more efficient though.

Re: My plans for making a deployable Dreamcast Laptop.

You can get VGA from a dreamcast. Theres methods of modding the motherboard or you could simply buy a dreamcast VGA cable. The bonus of VGA cables is that they make the dreamcast display in 480p instead of 480i. So the colors and graphics are slightly better when its on a monitor compared to on a T...

Re: My plans for making a deployable Dreamcast Laptop.

1. With a case like that, you could definitely fit some nice batteries in there  I would suggest looking on batteryspace.com and getting some big Li-Ions. 2. Have you tried the Dreamcast on that screen? If that's a computer monitor it probably only takes VGA and I don't think you can get VG...
