Re: Infected by Bacteria!
The wet sanding is really easy and it helps to lengthen the life of your sand paper. :) Just put your sand paper (needs to be wet/dry sandpaper ie 3M) in a cup of water and start sanding. make sure you keep wetting the sandpaper as the water runs off. after a while a "goop" will start to form. This i...

Re: Infected by Bacteria!
Okay everyone I have an update for you guys. (sorry for the trashy picture quality, my good camera is out of town so I was forced to use my laptop...) I have sanded both sides down to the proper height. I also proceeded to spray each half with a high build primer. http://i376.photobucket.com/albums/...

Re: Infected by Bacteria!
Coming on nicely. If you want to get the case sections to meet better, you will need to sand the cases a little lower (still above the line); compare one half against the other and decide which one needs a little more sanding. Use a pencil eraser to remove the pen lines, otherwise they will show up...

Re: A PS1 , screen, and controller...
That is about what I would have spent (I purchased 30 games, extra controllers and spare parts for 50 buck more) As far as value goes that is good. Just make sure the screen is in good shape and go slow in the construction and you will have an enviable device that makes your friends go "where did yo...

Re: Infected by Bacteria!
Bacteria, (or anyone else used to working with these kinds of cases) what have you used, or what would you recommend me for filling the case bumps? I am considering using epoxy with glass beads, but I wanted to see what is the standard for using on this type of case. Anyone who has experience with t...

Re: Infected by Bacteria!
I am probably going to apply something over the entire case before cutting to build up the thickness so that I can sand it smoother and have a truly flawless case. Any recommendations on what to use to "fill" unevenness in the case surface. PS- the surface of the case is not terrible, it is exactly ...

Infected by Bacteria!
I recently received my kit from bacteria and am so excited to get started on this project. I am deciding a few things before I get started such as color preferences. I thought I would check in with the community here ask for a little input. I am looking at doing a metallic look finish (think new mac...
