I'm giving it about 11 volts from a battery and nothing, no backlight, screen wont do anything or make a peep. Which leads me to believe I'm doing som...

I finally got a somewhat decent soldering iron(used...

Re: Could I and how would I make something like this?
Thanks, I'll keep it in mind if I raise my budget, but for now Im looking to keep as low a budget as possible. In that case, I would recommend looking for a laptop with a busted screen on eBay. It'd be dirt cheap, and a laptop within the last 5 years should be able to handle PS1 and N64 emulation. ...

Re: Question about a soldering iron(Pencil type)

Harbor Freight has decent stuff. I don't know weather or not they ...

Question about a soldering iron(Pencil type)
Im looking for a cheap soldering iron so the first place I checked was ebay, and I found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120373854114&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123 I was wondering if the tips on it are replaceable as the seller doesn't know. I can't really tell because all I...

Re: Could I and how would I make something like this?
Yes but I have 6000+ .rar'd SNES games, which are around 2gigs, when extracted they will be a lot bigger, The nes games are only 120mb or so for all of them unzipped.
Edit, Snes games total to 9.29gbs
