Apple 1 Relica with cool lights
Hello Everyone, This is a little project I have been working on. It is the Apple 1 replica kit from briel computers. It comes as just the board that you have to solder all the parts onto. After that, I designed a case for it out of acrylic. Then decided to add some green cold cathode lights for fun....

Re: Saturn portable progress, with pics
Hey, looking good! Are you using a Model One Saturn, by any chance? From what the motherboard looks like and the fact you mentioned a red LED, that's my guess. Also, are you just going to use a standard controller, or are you going to try to implement analog controls, as well? Analog control is a m...

Cutting Motherboard question
I'm in the middle of constructing my saturn portable. All is going well so far, the only thing that really bugs me is the size of the motherboard. This portable will be pretty big. So I have a question for all you out there... I had this crazy idea of cutting the motherboard in half (avoiding chips ...

I appreciate all the well wishes from you guys. There is another thing I don't understand. All of the systems in Ben's Book all have positive and negitive leads to connect the power. This saturn motherboard only has positive that I can see, and three of them (9v,5v, and 3v) and 2 grounds. I'm stuck....

Hello everyone, I'm new to the boards and didn't see a thread for the Sega Saturn so I decided to post this here. Yes, I'm attempting my first portable, after being inspired by Ben and all you on this forum. I have a saturn laying around so I decided to make it into a portable, hey if I screw up, it...
