SNES Save state project
Hello all! I'm not an E.E. but I do make simple projects using Altium Designer. Recently I came up with the idea of having a "save-state" mode on an original snes. Is it possible? Do I need to dump the RAM from the console or cartridge? Also, is this something someone is working on? What you think @...

Re: PS1 Screen Problem - Easy Fix?
Power wire with resistor goes to each led + separately. You don't jump the power wire from one to the next to the next. I ended up not using the resistors. I found a 3V pad on the back. The only thing is that if the screen is off, the LEDs are bright, but once the LCD is on, the LCD goes darker mak...

PS1 Screen Problem - Easy Fix?
Hi, I bought this screen like 3 years ago and I tried the LED MOD. I cut the top transformer and plugged in 3 LED's. At the time I couldn't get the screen to work, but today I decided to go back and is working! Well, somewhat. I'm using 5V to light them up, and I'm using a 30ohm resistor on each. Th...

Re: WTS: RETRO-DUO,PS1 SCREEN,2x 3.2V Batts and more!
Why can't you test the psONE screen? If your sure it will be fine, I'll take it. It looks like the retro duo would do me fine as well Just one thing, though. Will the batteries work with the system if the nes part is attached? Its works fine. And yes the batteries will work with the nes part attach...

Re: Custom Snesp Case
That looks pretty good. Although I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere in these forums that if you ask polycase to cut holes for you it adds a LOT of money to the price. But if I'm wrong then be sure to correct me because I'm terrible at cutting out button holes... p.s. why did you give them measur...
