All finished!
@ argelfraster: The DS ended at $73.
Just curious, did anybody here win anything?

Re: FS: PS1 Mini Sega Saturn, Nintendo DS Lite & More!
I'm also looking for just a SNES without the cords or anything. As long as it works, I could trade you for a SNES or mini SNES console if you have either.

Re: FS: PS1 Mini Sega Saturn, Nintendo DS Lite & More!
Well, my main focus is really on an N64 for an N64p (although I kind of need the expansion pak slot to do it, I can get an expansion pak) so even if you just have a plain old N64 without the cords I could use that. Otherwise, I need a PS1 screen that is functional and I'm looking to get some good ba...

Re: FS: PS1 Mini Sega Saturn, Nintendo DS Lite & More!
No offense, but I'd consider $40 low for a Nintendo DS Lite. If you look on ebay, the system alone typically goes for $65-90 and mine is complete with the original box. If you would like to pay me $40 and have anything to offer to trade (I'm looking for an N64 with expansion pak. No Controls or cord...

Re: FS: PS1 Mini Sega Saturn, Nintendo DS Lite & More!
Well, it's ten bucks to start, not buy it now. I'm hoping to receive at least 60 for it plus shipping, so if anyone is interested in paying that I can take it off and sell it to them. Thank you!

EDIT WTB: SNESp
Hello everyone! I was originally curious to see if anyone had made a SNESp from Ben's book that they'd be willing to sell, but now I'm just curious if there is anyone out there that will sell me a SNESp with a SNES mini mobo. Anyone out there willing to sell? Just let me know. I am willing to pay mo...

Strange Request
Hello everybody! Ok, so what I'm essentially looking for someone to do is supply me with the guts of a SNESp or N64p. I need everything wired up correctly, running off of batteries and the screen, etc. without a case. Now I know this is a strange request as people usually build the guts with the cas...

Re: 7805 Regulator Help
Well, I ordered some new 7805s off of Radio Shack, they came in and my mini SNES still works! I'm very happy about that but I'm having a really hard time getting it to run off of batteries using Ben's book. Maybe I'm just an idiot but I don't know why it won't work out for me.

Re: 7805 Regulator Help
Well, I followed the diagram Ben used in his book to make SNES portables, and I followed it correctly. In retrospect, I was just turning it on as a test and the heat sink fell off as I turned on the battery. Would that cause the regulator to literally explode as soon as I turned it on? And also I st...

Re: 7805 Regulator Help
It's a nine volt battery, which I didn't think was too high but maybe I was wrong. It also could have been a poor sottering job on my part, because only half of it blew off which I thought was weird. What I really want to know is if anyone thinks that this would have shorted out my SNES as I have no...

7805 Regulator Help
So I hooked up my 7805 regulator to run the SNES of batteries, but unfortunately when I had it wired up and threw the switch, the regulator kind of exploded on one side. So, I need help wondering a) did it explode just because I connected the wrong leads of my batteries to the wrong side and b) do y...
