Essentially,
download the disk image,
convert it to a .dmg, or a .iso file,
Right click on it and choose open with... Disk utility
Then in disk utility
select the image, and in the top left click the big flashing burn button.

I have been dabating white or black for my N64p... Unfortunately, black is my first choice, if only because it does not show smudges as much. The L64 is awesome, but the size in ENOURMOUS!
