Re: Connecting a Charger to Ni-MH Packs in Series
Apologies for the double post, I've resolved my original question. but this website claims batteries can be wired in both parallel AND series on page 3. Is this true?? If so, that's a lot of potential weight that could be taken off from my portable. While I'm asking this, one more question I may as ...

Connecting a Charger to Ni-MH Packs in Series
OK, so I'm working on a pretty basic PSonep, and I wanted to keep costs minimal. Instead of buying a battery pack from Battery Space, I opted to buy a set of 12 Ni-MH rechargable batteries to put into two 6-AA-Battery Holders, wired in a series to get 7.2v at around 4000 mAh. The problem I've run in...

Need Somw Help on a PSonep
I'm working on a pretty basic Platstation portable, with the original cases intact like Life of Brian's, and I have two questions. The first being, can I just connect the power source to the ground and +7v on the PSone board, and will the PSone Screen still recieve power via the screen being attache...

Re: SNES Controller "Plug & Play"?
Nah, Nintendo wouldn't want to hand out the licence to their SNES games.

Re: Connecting Two Controllers to a Single Set of Tact Switches?
And of course, I'd imagine connecting them both to the PSone screen would only require soldering both systems' audios and videos directly to their respective locations on the screen, right?

Re: Connecting Two Controllers to a Single Set of Tact Switches?
OK, awesome! As for having atleast one off at all times, I can cover that problem by using a 3-way switch that allows for only one system to be on. Also, is it possible to connect multiple analog sticks to a single one? Not that I would be using two analog sticks for the systems I'd be using, but cu...

Connecting Two Controllers to a Single Set of Tact Switches?
How would one go about connecting buttons from a controller to a simialar set of tact switches, like Ben's NEStari?
Would you connect them by soldering each of the two connections from the controllers to the opposite end of the four leads on the tact switch, like in the picture?

Rechargable Battery Voltage Question
Can a Retro Duo and the 3" DealExtreme screen run off of 4 rechargable AA batteries? I hear that the voltage is only 1.2 per NiMH AA, in totally only making 4.8v, and 6v for a DX screen is already pushing it a lot. Is this possible to do, and will it run? Or should I just go with a 5 AA battery hold...

Re: Help with an unusual NOAC.
Alright, new question: Do all Super Joy III's work with G-Force's Famicom to NES cartridge slot conversion? Are all Famicom cartridge slots the same? http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?t=6538" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; And can I use my broken RES's 72-pin connector or should...

Re: need advice to buy or not to buy
Well, for only $8 more, it's probably safe to go with the 3.5" for a nice and big display.
