Well it really depends on the Graphics card. LIke i had the same problem with my linux but it was just cause the 3d accelleration was turned on. Try turning it off by system>Admin>resticted drives manger and then turn it off. If that doesn't work just find out your graihics card and google seach it ...

Hint: Ubuntu runs using gnome and xbuntu does not it uses another one which requites a lot less to run it. So it should run fine :D

Well i got a new 320gb hdd :D with the thoughts that i was going to make 3 partitions one for all my crap, one for xp, one for ubuntu. So i threw it in and then started to install xp frist. But it said the hdd was 120 gb! So i was hmm i will just make a 20 gb one out of the '120gb ' and then do all ...

At the moment i am trying to set up a dual boot, Linux ubuntu distro and xp pro on the same hdd. And it was being difficult. Xp saw the hdd which was a 320gb hdd as a 120 one. And then when i was in Linux it saw my hdd all normal, But its all sorted now .. Just install xp first under FAT file system...

I run a simple WEP projector at my house, mainly cause i run lots of things that would be harder to set up with WPA set up, But i am sure if you are just running a simple set up go with WPA.
