like this you can see the wires attached to the ps2 controller board (its an aftermarket one by the way, easier to work with I found.)

The psone screen can run on whatever the ps2 runs on it isn't to fussy but you might have to jump the fuse on the psone screen board. But the ps2 is a lot more fussy and you would want it running on between 8.5 to 9.5v to be on the safe side.

Very plausible and very functional as I done just that except mine had a mod chip in it which helped remove the green tint and made it a lot easier to put games on the hard drive. Also how good are you at soldering if you think installing a ps2 modchip is hard just wait till you try and install the ...
