I knew it my leds aren't Burned out.... just tested them with a 9volt all the serie together........ worked MORE than fine....... so something is wrong...... Im 100% sure i connected the Good wire to the good place.... Maybe the RIGHT pin isn't the 5+ maybe it's the left one??.... nes facing toward...
