I know that you can just touch the leads together on the screen with a flathead, although there is a risk of melting your screwdriver to the anodes. Replacing a 2$ screwdriver sure beats the hell out of paying someone 50 bucks to do it for you. As for the light, just replacing the whole fluorescent ...

Anyone who can't type shouldn't be anywhere near a soldering iron. If anything, making a portable game system is not the kind of project that you do at 9 (which I have a feeling is someone messing with us). If you are who you say you are, then you should go with an easier project to get a hang on el...

DeLorean is my ultimate dream car. If I were to ever land a bunch of money, I would buy one, and trick it out to look like the one from Back to the Future. Flux Capacitor and everything.

I would say the Gamecube, because of it's fantastic controller, size, and Animal Crossing, but it has a serious lack of FPS games which is my genre. I got to play the Wii for an hour the other week, and I got to play Exite Truck, but no FPS, so I can't pass jusgement on it yet. So my favorite system...

I would totally buy one of these. But I think that I would probably end up setting stuff on my teachers' desks on fire. Maybe when I get a bit more will power I'll get one.

In Ft. Collins, there used to be a fantastic store called Game Force. They shut down for reasons I don't know, though. A small part of me died when I found out.

If he's not from the US, then the drinking age may be lower. I think this is a good idea. But instead of a mash of glue and tape, I would suggest lining the inside with some thin sheets of plastic and filling the cracks in with hot glue or epoxy. It would just give it a neater look, although the mas...

I don't think that un-shinying the front page is necessary. Most, if not all, of the images will go into the cache, so download time shouldn't be an issue. I like Iam's design better than the light blue layout, simply because it goes with the site.

The thing I fear is DX 10 becoming Vista only and all the game makers switching, leaving me behind in the dust. I like Windows XP. I don't think it was time to upgrade yet, it wasn't needed. I am hoping that ReactOS will be finished before XP becomes obsolete. I am going to switch as soon as it hits...
