If its plugged into the wall for power make sure the signals arent on tiny thin wires, the resistors are appropriate (Or whatever junk goes on your videoline), the connections are all solid.

your gamecube will be fine. It was my first portable and I had no idea what I was doing and it never fried. You'll be fine in modding just document and ask questions if you unsure

You can buy some small PS1 speakers or any generic small speakers and they will work as long as they fit

No, the largest one out there is 64mb memory only and not guaranteed to work with all games.

Without a disk drive, it will be near impossible. Trust me I have tried hard to do it, you will need a disk drive to load any program that will let you flash a modchip for the hard drive set up.

Well by that logic they would be underpowered. But if theyr the same voltage they should be fine, you power a PS1 with 7.2 volts from the battery which it asks for without it breaking, the leds will be the same

Hehe, sorry I used search function wrong. If you find a AA battery pack from radioshark you can wire it up to some leds using a basic wiring. If its just for a night I have just slapped on a random resistor and it works fine (Use 220 ohm on a 3v line, thats how my Gameboy DMGs are allwired fine and ...

epayrob sent my good same day I paid, they got here super fast, and were excellently wrapped. Like I could sit on the box and my fragiles wouldnt break kind of wrapping.
