Install the drivers from marshallh's website.
Find FTD2XX.dll via search (somewhere in Windows folder).
Place this file into the folder where your upgrader executable is situated.
It's weird, but that's how I could manage it.

Re: VGA output via fpga
Compared your picture with my RGB output, can't see any notable difference. this is full 640x480 deinterlaced (progressive scan if you will) 31khz VGA. basically pixel perfect Sorry, I seem not to understand what you said. AFAIK, Mario Kart 64 is 320x240. RGB is pixel perfect as well. Should their ...

Re: N64 ROM region patcher needed (NTSC to PAL)
Thank you for your reply! I have patched most of problematic games I care about with the command: paladin /m name.z64 which means I've just converted videotables to MPAL. But alas, some games are too stubborn for some reason: Donkey Kong 64 refuses to run at all. Spider-Man and Tony Hawk's Pro Skate...

N64 ROM region patcher needed (NTSC to PAL)
Greetings, everyone! I'm a happy owner of a 64drive and two N64s: a regular PAL British model and a French PAL N64 modded to output RGB. I play mostly NTSC roms for obvious reasons. They all work fine, but I run into problems with some NTSC games when running them in RGB. On this french model all PA...

Re: Cart emulator progress thread
When I unplug a controller when playing F-Zero X on 64drive and plug it in again, I can't use it anymore until I press Reset on the console. The same with every controller but with this game only.
Is it a glitch in a game or in 64drive?

Re: Cart emulator progress thread
The only advantage of CF is that it is easier to handle. You literally won't be able to get your microSD out without tiny tongs or long nails. If you are lucky, your microSD can fly several yards/meters away - I'm serious, it happened to me.

Re: Cart emulator progress thread
From official FAQ:
What memory card should I buy?
It's been tested with 128MB, 2GB, 4GB, and 16GB CF cards. In addition to this, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, microSD cards have been tested. Beware of counterfeit memory cards. If you're lucky, they'll be super slow, or may not work in the 64drive at all.

Can't read subforums on benheck
Greetings! Maybe someone can answer why the forum says "You are not authorized to read this forum"? Re: Cart emulator progress thread
Probably the customs are waiting for some action from Marshall's side, such as sending them an invoice for the package.
I'm pretty sure that it is stuck on the customs because there are a lot of identical items in the package.

Re: Cart emulator progress thread
why bother without Expansion Pak, without Controller Pak when you can play any N64 game without N64?
If seriously, I think no. Expansion Pak is a memory card of 4 Mbytes. And there is no 4 megabytes of memory on 64drive

Re: Cart emulator progress thread
Money coming from me soonish. Kinda caught me offgaurd heh. Might be an idiotic question, but where do I get the games files? Are they just ROMs? There are plenty of sites on the internet. Yes, they are ROMs. I would post you a link to a good site with many different roms and isos for various syste...
