hey is it possible for the sega cd to read cd-rw

p.s i had to fix the fuse in mine and i noticed some pots by the laser so is it possible to increase the power of the laser so that it can read the cd-rw

A red screen usually means something along the lines the cart connector isn't connecting. You said you cleaned it, so the connector should be fine...Is the cart connector itself still firmly attached to the NES Mobo? Yeah its firm it takes some force to get it off i even tried the old connector but...
