After much troubleshooting with Ashen I still couldn't get it to work, so He offered to do it for me :D Until I get it back (sometime by the beginning of next week) i'm going to try and finish everything else up. No problem . I used loctite spot putty to mold around areas, fill in gaps (like the gaps with the L and R triggers), and to fill in low spots. I also used loctite epoxy on the inside of the case to hold the buttons in place.

I Finished mounting the controller pieces in today using some 5min loctite epoxy. I got some spot putty for bonding the controls to the front of the case. I also got some paint.
