Yes, but you'll need 3 of 'em. The second is bigger but will give you 1.5x the life, and you'll also need an 11.1V protection circuit and smart charger.

Anyway, I think that some older processors come in 48-pin DIPs.
But, you have no way to program it, don't know if it works, and don't know what it is; therefore, I don't think you can use it.

I use CCleaner, it makes backups of the registry in case something goes wrong.
However, it's been proven that registry cleaning doesn't really help.
