Great to hear you have FlashRAM working marshallh :D (btw, is N64 'FlashRAM' actually Flash memory? (NAND/NOR) Or is it actually FRAM/FeRAM?) Do you plan to manufacture 64drive's for years to come? Thread is a bit old, I guess, but...
Title database - WiiBrew
It is pretty much the same thing on the N64 & GCN.
It should also be noted that 0x3F = Version number for N64 and 0x06 = Disc Number on GCN.
