I don't think anyone has made a proper Master system portable yet (the game gear is used to justify not doing it, but the screen is horrible, Could make a nice system)

I found out about the site in a british gaming magazine, i forget which one though, (think it was a retro special or something).

Joined with the intention of making several mega drive portables, i have the materials to start, just need the time.

It is a NEC PC engine GT (it has a few names, that is the only one i remember). They are very popular with handheld collectors (and worth a fortune too).

I got my GameJoy 16-Bit at Super Potato in Tokyo, it cost something like $10USD so it was a hell of a bargain. I didn't think ahead to pick up a few. So lemme get this straight: No online retailers, you have to get this stuff from Japan? Aww. CTFan as with most of these, i doubt it will be to...

I can't really help about where to buy one but i can suggest changing the topic title to something a lot more specific. I know that vague "HELP" titles will get ignored.

In my first post i meant to say Composite, I didn't mean component (they both begin with c, i always get them the wrong way round).

Sorry.

Anyway, I can only give uk price examples but you can usually get 2x screens + a dvd player for around £120 in motorfactor sales.

Either strap on or built in, aslong as they are aftermarket items. These units are desighned to be used with ps2's or dvd players, that means that they MUST have some external input, they would be useless otherwise. Composite being the most basic i would be pretty certian that they have it. The larg...

Car Headrest moniters!

Just had a brainwave. Surely car headrest moniters would be perfect? You can get them in any size from 4-7 inches. They run off low voltages and they must have a componenet input (they are designed for dvd players and ps2's after all). They are also quite cheap because they normally come in 2 packs....

Are you talking about making "magnetorheological fluid"? AKA, the stuff that becomes very stiff when a magnet is held against it (as used in the ferrari f430's dampers). If so, you are going to kick yourself when i tell you a much easier way to do it. Put a powerfull magnet inside a plastic bag and ...

Just think, you can change gear whenever you want. Want to shift at 7000rpm? you can and it won't force you into an upshift. Love them. please keep in mind most older cars, iron duke 4 cylinders and large v8s as example, redline at less than 6 thousand rpms, iron dukes redline at less than 5000, th...
