Now, if the release gets out on Engadget or one of those sites, then we should panic

Re: Cart emulator progress thread
$200 is a very fair price considering the amount of Hardware that goes into it, and the amount of time put into making each one, as well as the years of hard work put into learning about how the N64 works and designing this beast. Good work Marshall. I've put my name and email down for info on the r...

Re: Game Suggestions?
Hahahaha, AGREED 1080 is awesome. But really depends on your mood, it is the game I sit down and play if I've only got a short amount of time free.soooo freaking good. Then if there's 2 of us it's usually Mario Kart. Then if it's just me, and I have a bunch of time I continue my Ocarina of Time (Ube...

Re: PS2 fat or slim with HDD - Remove disk drive entirely??
Yea I figured sensors wouldn't matter, as that's just to keep the disk spinning when the lids open. But with no disk drive at all seems unnecessary. It's weird, like on the PS2 slim one, it has an LED on the sata adapter board and when I load up HDLoader the LED comes on showing that it's accessing ...

Re: PS2 fat or slim with HDD - Remove disk drive entirely??
I thought the sensors where only on the Slim PS2? that then doesn't explain the fat ones issue

Re: Nintendo 64 Power-switch problem
If you wanted you could just solder the N64 to be 'always on' like is done in N64p's and then just hook up the NES switch to the 12v and GND lines of the N64. There's no reason you need to put the switch back to the same place :) This is assuming your not using the stock N64 power supply, you'd also...

Re: Can anyone help me set-up a PN64 project?
The battery I suggested is probably the most convenient, as it's all there, you just basically hook it up. Haven't seen anything similar at all really. 3500mAh @ 12v is quite a lot. Most people around these parts use 7.4v and maybe about 5000mAh. using this 12v 3500mAh is the same as using a 7.4v 55...

IDK why he wrote that in code  because it looks way clearer than a run on line of english lol, but maybe that's just me xD Unsure of where to get the component in America, I work at JayCar in NZ and we sell it. Might be best to just go in and ask them lol. I couldn't turn up anything on the r...

PS2 fat or slim with HDD - Remove disk drive entirely??
Hey there, Currently trying to suss out a problem. So I have a PS2 slim hooked up to a sata HDD with HDConnect. Also a fat PS2 hooked up to an IDE HDD with the network adapter. Now the problem is, both these units have faulty disk drives so was going to remove them entirely and ONLY use HDLoader/Ope...
