Re: Few PS3 Questions -> Case, Buttons, Hard Drive
THANK YOU! That was a very, very helpful post! The reason I asked bout all that stuff for the ps3 is, it's never been cleaned out or anything. So I figured I would have the ps3 last another couple years. So one of these days when I have money flowing, I'm going to clean out the ps3, than replace the...

Few PS3 Questions -> Case, Buttons, Hard Drive
I know it's been awhile since my last post (for those that followed my Xero64 project, it will continue, but I am 100% starting over, and buying tools, systems, screens, etc before starting. I don't have many of the tools needed, and I kept on screwing up.) Info: -I have a FAT 60gig CECHA01 launch P...

Re: Wire Size.
What size should I use for card relocation in AWG. (Links would be nice) What should I use for EVERYTHING else? How do I know what's negative and what's positive on my 4-pronged rubber-topped tact switches? Where should I put in my double pole double throw switches? For the main power (I'm guessing ...

Re: DasXero's Xero64 Worklog
No, i meant that the thicker wires were easier to work with than the skinner ones, and they stayed straight lol. On the "C" stick diagram the only part i didnt get is the part with the lines, im assuming the part with the rectangles are resistors. Thanks again, DX EDIT: OMG I forgot to say thanks fo...

Radioshack is a very nice source for getting many, many things you'll need to make your portable. Remember that! You can find a ton of things you might need for your project such as resistors, capacitors, controllers, tact switches, etc. Reason im posting this is for new people, i mean, when we ALL ...

Re: How to do a cartridge slot relocation.
Don't know if i can or can't post after this because no one has yet, but related to catridge slot relocation i got extra advice that shockslayer did in the vid which makes it MUCH easier to solder! What you do is bend the pins on the catridge to point towards the outside of the catridge itself, if y...
