Just noticed this. Nice to see someone else using a linksys router case. The only problem I found with using a linksys case is the way it comes apart. You have to do some serious modifications to the case so that you end up with a front and back cover to the case. You can kinda see in this pic where...

I figured as I have now ironed out all the little probs it had that my n64p is now offically finished. My portable is now basically finished. All thats left to do is rewire the memory card slot to the bottom of the case. Oh and trim the plastic screen protector.
