Re: PAL DOL-101 works with a SCART RGB Cable ?
Fairly certain it does. They removed the Digital AV out (for component/D-Terminal cables) from the DOL-101, but AFAIK the analogue one (which the SCART cable uses) remained the same.

Re: Wiring a wireless xbox 360 controller
Yeah, play & charge kits are pretty cheap, so you're probably just as well off getting one. The charging cable itself isn't just a cable - it has some circuitry in it that talks to the controller, so doing it that way is out. if you want to connect directly to the battery terminals you have another ...

Re: Ps2 Slim HD Connect Sata
Looking at the pics on eBay, it looks like the orange/brown ribbons contain all the IDE connections, so my only guess is power. Where specifically they solder on is another matter of course. It is likelly the same connections as a molex cable, so one will be 12v, one 5v and two grounds, although it'...

Re: gamecube controller button help
I would think you could add one to just about any controller. I don't know how exactly (I'm still learning this stuff) but it's probably not hard to do.

Re: Putting an x86 UMPC in a larger enclosure...
As I said, I'm really not the right person to answer this (maybe I should've just not said anything in the first place, because I really don't have much more to say) but I was under the impression that the display circuitry in most laptops etc was integrated into the hardware like the GPU is, and on...

Re: Putting an x86 UMPC in a larger enclosure...
I would imagine that it is possible, but difficult. The screen connector/interface is likelly to be propriatary so you may have problems there. If you can get one with video out (VGA, DVI, HDMI etc) though, you may have more luck (by buying a complete screen/monitor and gutting it). Would likelly be...

Re: RGB YPbPr conversion
OK, after having looked at the schematic posted previously, I have drawn up a new one which shows all paralell resistors (rather than their combinations), uses IEC symbols (rather than American ones - I live in the UK, so thats what I prefer), and shows the amps, sync stripper and multiplexer as chi...

Re: RGB YPbPr conversion
OK, I've re-done the diagram. Will this work? EDIT: [IMAGE REMOVED] OK, I've found another schematic which is designed specifically for RGB SCART, so I'll use that instead (see below). One thing though, is the video DC coupled? (If it is then part of the circuit can be ommited). Judging by what I've...

RGB YPbPr conversion
Hi all. I've visited these forums a few times and find the discussions really interesting, but I've never posted anything before. Here's the deal. I want to get the best possible video signal from all of my consoles, and for the most part that's simple - PS3 and Xbox 360 by HDMI and PS2 by component...
