I dont know why the picture is backwards but as far as the inverted colors go try using a different power supply. mine had inverted colors tool and bacteria told me to try a different one so i used the official sony one and it fixed the problem. hope that helps

Alright so i hooked up 7.5 vdc wallwart instead and i got a picture from my n64 but no the colors seem to be kond of faded almost like there inverted but not quite. Any suggestions?

So i hooked up the leads coming from the positive ground and compisite video but whenever i hook up power to it through a 7.2 vdc wall wart i get a hig pitch frequency and the screen quickly flashes and i dont get a picture i dont even get the volume hud or brightness when i click them so i know its...

okay so i can use a 12v wall wart and hook it up exactly the same way as the diagram showing the batteries then i can add the battery later of the switch that alters between wall and battery? and can i use a 9v wall wart?

ive seen the entire wiring diagram for the n64 and power and for the screen but how can i power the portabe off of just ac power. is there a diagram and do i still have to use the pth8000?

i just received my zenith screen in the mail and it has a 1000uF Capacitor attached to a component near to where you put the 5v. is it okay for me to remove this?

i dont think i will on my first portable just a little to much work not that its hard for something i used like twice on my original n64
