Hey it's all good!
I still have a 50mhz 2mb ram monochrome ibm thinkpad that I use sometimes for irc (running windows 3.11) . It's silent and easy on the eyes.

Pretty sure the dell will PXE boot, but to install XP or 7 from PXE they have to be set up through RIS on either Windows Server 2003 or 2008. To get the most out of the RAM you might want switch up to Windows 7 64-Bit. But if its working good for you already, no need to.
