BBCE-1000 Schematics - First release EVER!

Released to the Benheck.com Community only! http://www.2shared.com/file/4492617/60dd2b88/BBCE-1000.html I explained what the BBCE-1000 was a little while ago. Basically an upgraded Blackbox that will replace the original design. But since it's such a radical change, I've decided to start the version...

This is probably the best advice in this thread.

$70 for a professionally made PCB is reasonable.

I thought this was the Uzebox at first (which somewhat inspired the ever-continuing BB project).

Anyway, it's pretty cool. It makes more sense to breadboard/protoboard it if you want to save money, however.

About a year ago I wrote a program in VB6 that did the same thing. I don't have it anymore, but it wasn't very hard to write. (I also programmed it so that incoming data on the serial port could trigger the drums so that I could make an electronic drum kit using a laptop, microcontroller, and drum p...

Pirating is unethical, but not illegal in most countries.

I think the way a lot of people see it is that they have two options: 1) pirate it and don't buy it, or 2) don't pirate it and don't buy it. Either way, the publisher doesn't get any money, so it's apparently ok.

I don't pirate games. Only music. But I always do it to preview an album, and I buy it if I like it. If I don't like it, then I delete it because it's not worth the space on my hard drive.

In Canada, we have The Source by CC. They bought up radio shack. Now we won't have a radio shack. Meh. To be honest all of The Source's products are overpriced. For the most part, any components you would need can be purchased at B&E Electronics or Active. If all else fails, there's Digi-Key. And f...
