Re: DMG Modding
This could work: http://bibin.gg8.se/blog/projects-and-guides/how-to-front-light-your-game-boy-color/ You would just have to figure out where the wires will go, but in theory it should work. I know the front light is large enough for a DMG GameBoy, because I've put it in the case for one. My mod use...

I need help moving some buttons on a GameBoy Color.
I have been working on a modification to a GameBoy Color. I am basically putting it into another case that I have custom designed for the project. I was just wondering is it possible to break off a part of a circuit board and connect it with wires? I basically just want to move the "A" and "B" butto...

Re: I need help fixing my Gameboy Color
If you need a cheap cart connecter you might be able to use a N64 Transfer Pak (the thing used for Pokemon Stadium) http://www.mariomayhem.com/consoles/64/nintendo_64-transfer_pak.jpg Wow, that is a great idea!!! I found a Gameboy Color at a local Game Xchange, but I will really have to remember th...

Re: I need help fixing my Gameboy Color
Wow!!! Thanks for that. I'm not entirely sure what all of that means, but now I know what all of the pins do. I didn't see any "for parts" or "broken screen" auctions on Ebay at the moment, so I guess I'll have to get a good one to tear into. I'll have to remember to keep an eye out for a broken scr...

Re: I need help fixing my Gameboy Color
Well, first of all, you're gonna need some more flexible wire for a cart slot extension. Second, what pins are they? If they're just ground, you may not need them! More than likely if the entire pin came out though, you'll need a new cart slot http://209.85.12.236/4858/159/emo/icon_crying.gif Yeah,...

I need help fixing my Gameboy Color
I am working on a Gameboy color project where I am putting into a new enclosure. This means moving the cartridge connector to another location. I de-soldered the connector and tried to extend it with wires. I got the wires in place on the main board. The wires that I used are thin solid wires, not b...

That's strange, as far as I can tell, the link is still working. Try it again and see if it works. Maybe the site was doing maintenance or something when you clicked the link.sorma008 wrote:Hey The link you provide its broken nothing on that I don't get the reason is it my prob or the links

Anything from NES to Xbox all in one system
My video game console project is up and running. Here is an explanation of what I did with plenty of pictures. Basically I put an LCD TV, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Playstation, and an Xbox together in one case. All cleverly disguised as a standard CRT monitor. (Unless you see ...
