I am going to mod a pustom 3" (model#EP-130NP) screen with LED's and us it to replace the casio pocket TV since I can't find any and they're to expensive if I can. seriously I just wanted to be stupid. I wonder if the pustoms really are OK. the reviews say its good but I don't know....

The pustom would work because it says in the description it says that it is TFT but I don't want to take a chance of it going KAPLOEY on me. It would really suck for me if It worked great when I got it but it died when i finished the project :( If so this is what would happen... (name here) walks ou...

I already looked at that it is a pustom and I would have Got it but there were 2 things that haunted me......... 1. Bad Reviews- two many people say there screens are not worth your money and the warranty really sucks also 2. I don't know if there is enough room inside the case for the pustom guts. ...

You shouldn't be worried about Li-ion because they are pretty safe.Just don't act like a moron. Li-Po s have way more power possibilities but they give a heck of a good fireworks show when you short them out or over charge them or worse, charge them with a Ni-Cd/Ni-MH charger. I finished modding out my ps1 so it's just sitting there until I can get this mess out of the way. I have a PS1 screen modded with LED's but it's to big for the PS1CNC project case.

I think i will go with the pustom due to the dials and affordability and becuase it is a lot cheaper (like almost 1/2 the price) my only concern is whether it will fit. And is there anywhere with a tutorial on how to hack one 4 a potable?
