Re: still need some help but now its a work log.
On the datasheet posted by marshallh there is the circuit for it...the standard application in the first page...you need only an 100uF electrolityc capacitor...and if you want also a 1uF ceramic capacitor to reduce disturbs.

Re: Do we have room for another N64P?
My original intention was to make the board contain only the stuff required to make the n64 run and everything else would connect to it. The controller and all the other stuff (memory, rumble) would all connect to that one board, which would be stacked on somewhere between the N64 and LCD but, I fi...

Are you planning to do other PCBs without rumble pack circuitry (so even smaller)?

Re: Turtorial: Removing the Bottom of a PSone Screen
My PAL Psone screen has 2 more capacitors on the audio right line, plus it doesn't have mounted the chip were you said to connect the 7,5 volts line; may this cause problems?

Re: FS : PSone LCD + Zenith LCD
That's fine, I have two NTSC screens. I have a fair few PAL ones too, just being greedy! (I think I have enough screens to do all the portables I will cover, just always looking for a deal!). I know Alie is after a screen, he PM'ed me to see if I had any to sell. Yeah right, but i think ther...

Re: RDRAM Pinout/Broken Trace repair?
According to the datasheet they are only mechanical support pins (they only keep the chip there )

Re: Is this a sensible and cheap way to get 3.3v for the N64?
The lm7805 isn't the best way to do the work, you can use voltage even over 9 volts (but a least 8-9 because of the dropout of the regulator, so you can't use it with a battery 7.4v for example). It's only a regulator that is usually used after a diode bridge and a capacitor in order to stabilyze th...
