Dumbest Console mod ever!

Post by ShaolinDrunkard »

Here it is folks the dumbest console mod ever, Made by me ShaolinDrunkard. The ps1 lamp. I found a busted ps1 in my cabinet the other day and took it to work to see what I could do with it( I work at a hardware store). Quite frankly, the only thing I could come up with is a lamp. The only cool thing about it is that after I took the guts out of it, I wired the lamp to the original ps1 switch, so you turn it on and off with the ps1 power button. Thats my girlfriens hand in the picture, isnt it lovely. Anyway, I was bored so I figured I'd share this with you guys. I just threw this puppy up on ebay complete with enegy saving bulb, just for kicks, so check it out.

Please, no negative comments, its just fun.

Put a lampshade on, and I'll be sorely impressed! :P

A womans hand on a PSX. That's gotta be the most beautiful thing ever.
That's actually a pretty cool mod. It'll be interesting to see how much it fetches on ebay.

It actually looks pretty nice with a lampshade, but quite frankly lampshades are expensive. I found one that looked great but I couldnt justify spending the 15 bucks on it.

Nothing really, it just opens the disc compartment. I was thinking about cutting out the plastic inside and putting a bowl in there so you could keep things inside.

Doesnt look like anybody wants this thing. No bids, no watchers... Ah well I'll be happy to keep it if nobody bids.
