hmm... that design looks familiar, but I thought it was supposed to be a metal case or something :p
Looks good though. I'd hate to do that cart slot mod :)

Well seing that it has been bumped, I guess you won't mind me posting.

Yes, he used some type of standard plug on the first unit. On the second he put the other half of the plug, so with the correct wire you can connect the two units together. That same thing is shown on both the screens, but only one needs a cartridge. The audio & video data is sent from the one with the cart to the one without. The 2nd player controller data is sent from the one without the cart back to the one with.

So it's like a second controller with a screen and sound.
