 Post subject: brown/orange ribbon disconnected in the back of ps1 screen

So, a few months ago i started my GCP, but i stopped for a while because i don't have the tools to take apart my GC.
Well, a few hours ago i knocked over my project and i picked it up to find that the brown/orange ribbon disconnected in the back, and now my video is all jacked up... i need to know if this is a big deal, how do i fix this?? Thanks guys!

can someone please reply? im worried. i really dont want to buy another screen! how to i fix this?

You put the brown ffc through the hole. The brown tab on the screen mainboard lifts up. Insert the ffc as far as it will go into the tab. Flp the locking mechanism down. Voila.
