Myself and another member both appear to be IP banned from MR without cause; anyone else having this problem? I assume there is an error of some sort.

Chances are your ISP assigned you an IP address that was previously banned.

Do ISP's change your IP? I find it odd that it happened to another member. Neither of us has done anything to get banned, and I am sure we would have been notified.

I got banned too, and my IP definitely hasn't changed. :/

My best guess is that someone hacked in to the ACP and banned all IP's. (Maybe the login skimmer?)

Man why is it whenever there's an issue on MR, people gotta blog about it on BH? No offense, not trying to stir up an issue or start a huge debate...

I think it's about trying to figure out what's going on, not cataloging the number of times the site gets broken.

Intriguing. I guess I haven't noticed the fine line between the "What is wrong?" threads from the "MR SUCKS" threads.

"MR SUCKS" threads? This entire thread is just "what's going on?".

When stuff like this happens, I just go find Palmer or Jlee. There is no need to make a thread every single time. Site upgrades are going on and stuff happens. Chill out.

I wasn't freaking out, and to my knowledge this is only the second thread on MR problems. I was simply wondering if anyone else was having the same issue as Yoshi and I, so I posted this thread. Before I made it, I made several attempts to contact anybody on the matter to no avail. I have no way of contacting the Palmer or Jlee, and ended up discovering the cause of the issue from someone on the mumble chat. None of this matters now, so hush.
