ok the room has been reserved! I will be asking everybody confirmed to pay 50% up front by march 5th, the rest due when you arrive. i will PM you with details!

Soo... I spent too much time away from the forums and completely missed out on the suite reservation

Anyway, I'm planning on getting a room at the same hotel with a few friends.
Could we still come and hang out with you guys in the suite over the weekend?

You should talk with Triton and just get an adjacent room, that'd be sweet.

That and if you get an adjacent room it would just unofficially become part of the BH suite.

in years past people who were planing on hanging out in the suite for significant lengths of time were asked to contribute to the fund in some way even if they werent spending the night. so yeah you guys are more than welcome, but bring a couple bucks, and/or some mt dew (or other pop/soda) or food to share! :lol:

that should be fine, one year we had ~11 people in the suite without any problems. send me a PM and we will work out the details
