Hello, I would like to order a Customized PS2 Portable Console, please!

Specifications:

1. 2 Memory Card ports
2. Region-Free Gaming (So I can play Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix on it and stuff)
3. Best Rechargeable Battery yet with latest play time available
4. Easy To Carry Desgin

I would be grateful if anyone could please make this for me. But beforehand, is there a price you would like me to pay for it?

There will only be two or three people here who would be able to make you a real nice PS2 portable. I would venture to say it will cost around $800-$900 for a nice one.
