OK people, its about that time of year again! Time to start planning for the Benheck suite for MGC this year. Like before it will be at the Ramada limited in Waukesha, just minutes from MGC. Normally Spongebue handles this stuff, but because of his busy work schedule he is leaving it mostly up to me (but fortunately has offered to help me get it organized) so here goes!

Please PM me (and feel free to post in this thread) if you are planing on staying in the suite or if you are already certain that you will be! Also Let me know if you plan on staying one or both nights. even if you are just going to be hanging out with us, we do ask that people planing on spending any significant time in the suites contribute to the fund (even if you dont stay the night). I will update this post with people confirmed to be staying, planing on staying but not certain, and visitors. like in previous years we will probably ask for half in advanced sometime towards the end of February or early march, final price depends on the number of people, and if we need just one suite, a room and a suite, or two suites.

Can you provide more details or is it too early? Dates, general prices etc.

Dates would be March 25 and 26 (convention is 26th and 27th), and in the past, the price has been about $50ish for both nights.

price for the rooms depends entirely on how many of what type of room, and how many people we have staying. we should be able to provide a ballpark figure sometime in feb!
